Here is a screen shot of the first window that you see when you start Australia on Disc 9. As you can see, there are numerous fields where you can enter search criteria.
For example, if you want to find all companies in Artarmon, NSW that have 1-5 employees, simply type Artarmon in the suburb field, select NSW from the State drop down list and select 1-5 in the No. of Employees drop down list.
Here is the result screen. This is the list of companies that match your search.
Here is the company details. To view this, simply double-click on one of the companies from the previous screen.
Below are the four steps in the export wizard:

You can export any number of fields for each company that you select. |
You can then select format of the file to create. |

Now specify the location and the name of the file to create. |
And finally, select whether you want all the records from your result or just the ones that you have selected. |
