If we provide any goods or services via this site and are in breach of a condition or warranty which is implied by law and cannot be excluded, our liability (and that of the other persons listed above) is limited, to the maximum extent possible, to one of the following at our option:

• the repair of goods; or
• the payment of the cost of having the goods or services supplied again or repaired.

If the we provide goods and services via this site that are supplied by a third party, we reserve all rights to forward all claims to the third party who has supplied the product and in such a case we take no further responsibility for the warranty of the product.

Purchases

All purchases are final. Refunds are permitted at our discretion on a per-customer basis. We reserve the right to decline refunds for any reason.

Product Usage License

The "Australia On Disc" product is Supplied as Site 1 licence only – for unrestricted in-house use, although NO data may be used for incremental purposes in conjunction with another database – either the user’s or any third party’s. Data may NOT be on-sold either in part or as a whole. A Commercial License is available for this purpose. A Site 1 license also excludes networking options for Australia On Disc. The information provided is also not for inter-departmental or inter-branch use.

Applicable law

This site is designed for use by Australian residents. Your use of this site is governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes arising from your use of this site are exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.

This site may be accessed throughout Australia and overseas. Without limiting any of the above terms and conditions, we make no representations that the content of this site complies with the laws, including intellectual property laws, of any country outside Australia.
